Testing out the new Seifert Griddle

A new tradition started nearly four years ago after we remodeled our office, Waffle Friday. During the remodel, a gathering area was created in the middle of our office dubbed the Cyber Cafe. Since then, the first Friday of every month, Seifert Technologies smells like fresh waffles and maple syrup thanks to Design Engineer, Gary Harig. His special recipe that he makes the night before is a guaranteed way to bring everyone into the office early.
With the recent addition of a new pavilion and storage building behind our office, Waffle Friday is expanding. Everyone was so excited to try out the new griddle that we couldn't wait for July 5th. Its maiden voyage was Friday, June 28th with bacon, sausage, and eggs. Everything was fantastic, and it was a great trial run. Thanks for getting the new griddle, Tim!
