Steel Accumulator
Designed for the vertical accumulation of cold steel strip between 0.5” to 0.75” thickness, ranging from 36” to 72” in width, this 34 ft. diameter accumulator was fabricated in India for installation within a steel processing plant in China.
As is typical of heavy duty equipment, this project required extensive FEA analysis to identify highly stressed components, thus reducing the possibility of premature failure, while maintaining the structural integrity and reliability that is of the foremost importance to the customer.

Air Handler
Specification, procurement, and installation of a customized vertical air handling unit. Complete turnkey service including design of foundations and installation.

Robotic Testing Device
Design of a robotic device for laboratory testing. This project involved the design and fabrication of a device to pick and place a sample for testing. Included the design of the aluminum framing, custom plastic shield, and control system.

Automated Assembly Machine
The development of specialized equipment to meet the requirements of the customer’s quality specifications and production expectations, from conceptual design through fabrication, assembly and shop test to installation within the customer’s facility.
Fully automated equipment, continuously recording production data with panel view display and quality control functions. Included touch screen troubleshooting routine and monitoring of key machine components for wear, indicating the need for preventative maintenance or part replacement.
